MINEOLA, N.Y.-- The president of the National Grid has apologized for a computer system problem that has postponed paychecks for thousands of workers who put in added hours during Sandy. Newsday states President Tom King stated in a companywide message he was taking "full responsibility" for the problem. He stated he expected the problem to be fixed by the end of the month, which with Dec. 6 a significant number of workers got payroll adjustments. The company has stated the problem stems from a conversion to a new payroll software system in the weeks preceding the Oct. 29 storm that knocked senseless power to millions in the Northeast. National Grid contracts with the Long Island Power Authority to run electric operations in the New York City suburb and parts of Queens.

Key:
- Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
- The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
- The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).
Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
